– All people featured in the content have consented to appear (and if the content shows people under 18 years of age, I confirm their parent or guardian has consented).
– Your video does not contain content that contravenes any laws, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate;
– If you include any literary, music, audio, artistic work or sound recording in your video, you have the right to include it. If you are unsure about whether you have the right to include, you must not include it.

Please note, by sharing a video with us, you agree:
– Bega Group may use your video including by publishing it on a VEGEMITE^® website (e.g. UNITE WITH VEGEMITE campaign webpage) or a social media page for all the world to see. Bega Group may use third parties to facilitate this publication. You grant Bega Group a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and fully sublicensable licence to use your video.
– Bega Group may use your video for marketing and promotional purposes; and
– Bega Group may at its discretion and via third parties, edit, modify or publish your video and delete or remove your video from any published site without notice or attribution to you. You consent to Bega Group dealing with your video in a manner otherwise inconsistent with your moral rights (e.g. Right of attribution).
